Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at pufferfishllc3548@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us right away and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be noted on the product page.
