- Delivery time: Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout. Keep an eye out for free-shipping promotions.
Because our products are sourced from specialized partners to keep prices low, some items may take a little longer to arrive than next-day retail. We think they're worth the wait — and we'll always keep you updated with tracking.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, reach out and we'll look into it right away.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
- 30-day window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
- Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please note that certain personal-care and hygiene items may not be eligible for return once opened, for health and safety reasons.
